These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TezShopping ("Tez Shopping") for using the Tez Shopping website and apps. By creating an account or using Tez Shopping you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Tez Shopping.
1. What Tez Shopping is
Tez Shopping is an online marketplace that connects customers with local stores and service providers ("sellers") near them, and with delivery partners. Products and services are sold by the sellers, who are responsible for their quality, price, description, and for the bills they issue. Tez Shopping provides the platform, and for some orders, delivery through its partners.
2. Your account
- You need a working Indian mobile number. You log in with an OTP (and optionally a password). Keep your OTP and password secret.
- You must be 18 or older and give true information.
- You are responsible for everything done from your account. Tell us at support@tezshopping.in if you think someone else is using it.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse offers, send fake payment screenshots, or harm other users.
3. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices, offers and stock are set by each seller and can change. The price shown when you place the order applies.
- A small platform fee may be added per order or booking; it is always shown before you place the order.
- Payment is by cash on delivery / pay at the store or the methods shown at checkout. Pay only the amount shown in the app.
- An order is confirmed when the store accepts it. A store may decline an order (for example if an item is out of stock).
4. Delivery, pickup and bookings

- For pickup and some deliveries a PIN is used at hand-over — give it only when you receive your items.
- Service bookings and rentals follow the times, cancellation window and rules shown on the listing.

6. Reviews, posts and chat
- Be respectful. Do not post anything false, abusive, obscene, hateful, illegal, or anyone's personal information.
- Do not use chat to share fake payment links or ask for OTPs.
- We may hide content that breaks these rules and block repeat offenders.
7. For sellers (stores and service providers)
- List only items and services you are allowed to sell, with true descriptions, prices including taxes, and correct photos. No illegal, counterfeit, restricted or prohibited goods.
- Accept or decline orders quickly, pack them well, honour your return window, and issue proper bills. You are responsible for your licences, GST and other taxes.
- Store plans (if in use) keep your store live for the period you paid for; plan payments are made by UPI and verified by Tez Shopping. The platform fee your customers paid on orders you delivered yourself must be paid to Tez Shopping by the due date, otherwise new orders may be paused.
- Your KYC documents are checked before approval and kept privately.
8. For delivery partners
- Keep your documents valid, follow traffic laws, and handle orders and cash honestly.
- Cash collected on delivery (COD) and the platform's commission must be settled as shown in the Delivery app; unpaid dues may pause new orders.
- Your live location is used only while you are on duty with the app open.
9. What you must not do
Do not misuse Tez Shopping: no hacking, scraping, fake accounts, fake orders, abuse of offers or referrals, sending reused or edited payment screenshots, or anything illegal.
10. Liability
Tez Shopping is a platform; the seller is responsible for the products and services they sell. To the extent the law allows, Tez Shopping is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11. Changes and law
We may change these Terms; the new version is posted here with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of TezShopping's registered office have jurisdiction.
