You can ask us to delete your Tez Shopping account and its data at any time — from inside the app, or on this page without the app.
In the app
- Customer app: Account → Privacy & your data → Delete my account.
- Seller app: Password & login → Delete my account.
- Delivery app: Profile → Password & login → Delete my account.
What is deleted
Your name, mobile number, e-mail, profile photo, addresses, cart, favourites, followed stores, chat messages, saved devices and login sessions. For sellers also the store's listings, photos, posts and KYC files; for delivery partners also documents and profile photo.
What is kept
Bills of past orders and payment records are kept without your personal details for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 8 years). Anonymous reviews may stay without your name.
How long it takes
We delete the account within 7 days of the request. Sellers or delivery partners with open orders or money due are contacted first to settle them. You can cancel the request on this page before it is completed.
